I’m Sondre Varpe. I teach and write about HR and leadership, and support organisations with management advice, workplace conflicts and recruitment.

About me
I teach HR, leadership, politics, economics, emergency preparedness and communication. Alongside teaching, I work as a consultant and speaker.
I hold a master’s degree in social analysis and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics and culture. My background includes management, analysis, regulatory inspection and emergency preparedness.

Examples of courses
Two courses I developed for Eikholt, with teaching adapted for participants with combined vision and hearing loss.
Us and the world
“Vi og verden” explores Norwegian democracy, international affairs and ways to participate and influence decisions. Participants work through the topics using discussions, group activities and role play.
